BES 10 - UDS - Certificate problems.

After recent setup of BES10 and UDS it seems that when activating an Apple Device we get a prompt to view the certificate at : https://servername/enrol/2/91950c7e-b937-4b5a-87d0-9fa3b374a751


When the iphone navigates to this via its browser we get the message: "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found."


When navigating to this page on my workstation (via IE) a get the message "There is a problem with the website's security certificate." i have to click continue to this website (not reccomended) to progress in IE, once i do i get to the BES10 Client page, please complete these steps.


This to me seems to be a certificate issue, it looks like safari cant present the page because of this certificate security message.


Can anyone assist with resolving this so i can try and complete the activation on the device please?
