BES 4.1 Upgrade to BES 10 with Lotus Domino 8.0.2

I am fairly new to the BES side of Blackberry, and I have been tasked to upgrade a BES 4.1 to a BES 10 with Lotus Domino 8.0.2 on Windows Server 2003. I am being inundated with various Blackberry documentation and can't make sense of how I get from what we current implement to BES 10, and not obliterate the company's currently active enterprise accounts in the process. So my questions are as follows:

Do I need to migrate BES 4.1 to 5.0 in order to install BES 10?

Can I run BES 10 on the same server as BES 4.1 / 5.0?

Any links (tutorial / step by step) you could provide is appreciated. Thanks

you cant upgrade to BES 10, you can add in BES 10 to your environment and you need a 64 bit OS to install it on

the Manual for BES 10 is fairly good and the install was easy too
