We upgraded from the latest BES 4.1 to version 18.104.22.168.
Since this upgrade I no longer are able to read html e-mail on the devices. Previously in the last 4.1 version this was possible and we had this working.
I checked our policy and also tried to use the default policy.
All is set to allow rich content mail.
However when I check the user I find a "default configuration" under the messaging configuration.
Description:he default configuration is created automatically when the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is installed.
When I click on the "default configuration" and then "edit user" I am able to modify certain settings under "Email services settings" but the "Rich content turned on:NO" cannot be modified.
How can I modify this configuration and solve the issue?

derunThe problem has been solved thanks to RIM support. It is actually a problem on the device with the Desktop CMIME in the servicebook. In case you have the same issue we did the following:
1. On device under options - advanced - service book we removed the Desktop CMIME
2. On BES we resend the service book to the user
3. In e-mail options on the device we enabled HTML e-mail
In case resend service book does not workdo a reactivation.
