BES Support - Unable to Upgrade BES Database from 5.0.0 to 5.0.3

I have a windows 2008 Server R2, this has BES 5.0.0 installed.  We need to upgrade to 5.0.3, but installation keeps failing

This is the Error displayed

[20000] (10/14 12:41:40.459):{0x23C8} [CBESDBInstaller::executeRetryDDL] COM Error 0x80040E14 - IDispatch error #3092 - Source: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server" -

Description "There are no primary or candidate keys in the referenced table 'SyncDataSource' that match the referencing column list in the foreign key 'FK_SyncGlobalMappingVersion_SyncDataSource'." Native error = 1776

Vodafone are unwilling to help, so are RIM. Is there anyone knows how this can be resolved

I am not familiar with this issue, I am suprised support wont help you.

Might be best to use transporter to move users over to a new BES instance.

Can you get a migration kit from T support?
