BES issue or exchange?

Thanks in advance for any help in solving this....my IT company have drawn a blank! I have an ongoing issue with my calendar staying in sync. We are running a bes server and I have a bold 9900. When I first sync the blackberry all is fine and I can see all my appointments on my blackberry, then for some reason virtually all of them disspaer. If I switch off the wireless sync, save it and then switch it back on again it will for a short period show all my calendar appointments. Also if they send a re sync command from the BES server again it will for a short period re sync. It appears that it is just my account, all our other blackberries work fine. I have had a new blackberry and rebuilt my blackberry profile and the issue has followed me. It all used to work just fine and then one stay this started happening. It has so far defeated two IT companies! Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt

Re: BES issue or exchange?

I would guess (and it's a guess) that something in your calendar is causing a sync error and disabling calendar sync. The only way to know for sure is to contact Vodafone and get the case escalated to BlackBerry so they can take a look at your device logs. Vodafone doesn't like to escalate to BlackBerry(even though they are supposed to by contract) so you may have to press hard. Your IT department may have to get involved to put the pressure on them to escalate the case.
