Just now I installed BES 10.1 on our SBS 2008 server next to the BES 5 SP4. The installation went through but one service cannot be started:
BES10 - Blackberry Secure Connect Service
We are unable to manage v10 and v5 devices.
Can you help me out please?

I've checked with netstat -ano but there is no service or process listening on port 2195. The server has outbound access to all destinations on ports 80 and 443 and to be.srp.blackberry.com on port 3101.

I have checked the link you gave me and the firewall config seems fine to me.
The Blackberry server has outbound access over ports 80, 443 and 3101 to all destinations.
While trying to start the Blackberry Secure Connect service I have monitored the server's traffic on the firewall and there is nothing that is being blocked.
There are no errors in Windows Event Viewer about the service not being able to start.

To solve the problem, we signed in on a Blackberry Customer Basic Support contract.
Blackberry Support gave me a .reg file which I needed to import on the server.
After the import the Blackberry Secure Connect Service could be started.
