I have a number of users who have a Z10 phone, as well as a playbook. We want to control them all via BES10. However setting both devices (Z10 and Playbook) up under a single account doesn't seem to be working. The first device (Z10 or playbook) works fine. The second then fails.
How can I set up one user to use both a Z10 and a Playbook under BES10?

This setup works for me:
WIth the Z10 activated, log into BDS, click manage user, search for user, click Generate an activation password. (this was important because the email has server address info, if you know it you can choose to Specify an activation password)
From the Playbook - Accounts, Add New Account, Email Calendar and Contacts, Advanced Setup, Work Account,
User ID -> email address
Activation Password --> What was generated in the email or you defined.
Server address --> Unique to your BDS (if you dont know it, it's in the generated email)
I was not prompted to replace or add when performing the steps above.
One time I accidentally tried to activate a 2nd Z10 device for a single account and did receive that prompt.
