BES10 Trial 60 days, no CAL ?

Hi,

We recently registered for a 60 days TRIAL of the new Black-Berry Enterprise Server 10 (BES10).

We are facing an installer issue, where we do not have a "BlackBerry Device Service CAL key".

All that was included in the registration process was the following information, received by email.

Blackberry Device Service version 6
• Quantity : 1
• Serial number : Sxxxxxxxx
• License Key : xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Universal Device Service version 6
• Quantity : 1
• Serial number : Syyyyyyyy (SRP serial)
• License Key : yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy (SRP key)

I tried to enter the xxxx-xxxx and the yyyy-yyyy KEYs in the "BlackBerry Device Service Software CAL key" field.

But it fails, the installer cannot continue and stops with the following error message:

The CAL key information is not valid for the BlackBerry Device Service Software

Where should I expect to obtain that "BlackBerry Device Service Software CAL key" from?

Do Black-Berry provide a basic support level on that 60 TRIAL subscription?

Thanks for reading this.

Re: BES10 Trial 60 days, no CAL ?

In the link in the mail is also something like that:
BES10 EMM Standard for BlackBerry v10.0 - Trial License (20 user)

Quantity: 1

Number 1 of 1
CAL ID: C1234567891
CAL Authentication Key: bdstxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx

The CAL Authentication is what you need.
And don't you the UDS SRP ID and Auth Key on your BDS when you wan't to use that on the UDS as well...
Serial number there is the SRP ID
License Key is the SRP Authentication Key

Re: BES10 Trial 60 days, no CAL ?

I signed up and downloaded this on Feb 7th and it must of expired, or they changed a little. I signed up again today and got slightly different cals, as in 20 for EMM 20 for BB, where before it was only 1. Anyway, the new cal key worked.
