BES10 Trial Installation

I'm trying to install the trial version of BES10. During the BlackBerry Device Service installation, it prompts me for the CAL key and the SRP identifier and authentication key. The e-mail I received with license keys contains a valid SRP identifier and authentication key. However, none of the values seem to work for the CAL key. When I enter the CAL Authenticadtion Key from the e-mail, I always get the error message:

---------------------------
BlackBerry Device Service Installation
---------------------------
Invalid CAL Key.

The license key must be the unique key provided to you with the software and must be in the format:

XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX

where each X is a number or letter.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

It's doing some sort of verification before giving me the error message because if I modify any characters in the provided CAL key, I get a different error message:

---------------------------
BlackBerry Device Service Installation
---------------------------
The CAL key information is not valid for the BlackBerry Device Service software. You must specify a valid BlackBerry Device Service CAL key.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

How do I get a valid CAL key for the trial?

Re: BES10 Trial Installation

Sorry, I should have mentioned... I already requested keys 4 times. I have this issue with all 4 sets of keys.

Re: BES10 Trial Installation

I did follow the instructions in that thread, and also tried every possible value from all 4 sets of keys I received. Nothing seemed to work. I guess I'll try requesting a few additional sets of keys.
