BES10 / Z10 activation, no email, calendar or contacts?

Hello,  we have recently built a BES10 server on MS Server 2008 R2 server, all components of BES10 installed on the one server and are all accessible.

 

I have an issue at the moment where as when I activate the Z10, it doesn't seem to be receiving any information from the Exchange server, no email, calendar entries nor any contacts.

 

Any ideas why this may be happening?

You have to create an email profile on the BDS and assign it to the user.
