BlackBerry Device Service Installation - Create an administrator account

The attached image below is where I am stuck at trying to install BES 10.  My Z10 should be here Tuesday or Wednesday and I'd love to have this going when it arrives.  The server is a HyperV VM, OS is 2008R2, I'm already running BESX 5.0.3 on a separate 2003 box, and SQL 2008 R2 is running on a separate server from those, which will host the BDS DB.  I've read the posts that Knotty already had posted on some similar threads, and everything checks out.  This appears to be a known issue according to BlackBerry, but no fixes for BDS listed only for BES.  Any new news on this?

To better assist you, are you currently installing to a secondary hard drive? And also were there failed attempts?

I would suggest performing a clean install using the following article and then attempt to install to the primary “C:” drive.
