BlackBerry Enterprise Server Calendar invite problems.

Good Morning, we have recently encoutered a problem where our users are unable to receive meeting invites shared through the calendar. We are currently Using Blackberry Enterprise Server Express for Exchange Version 5.0.4.27 and a variety of different devices.

 

None of these devices are able to receive meeting invites they just won't show up in the users inbox. I have checked that wireless calendar sync is enabled on the phones and that the CDO.dll file is the latest version. I have recently restarted the server and have tried restarting the services.

Has anyone else had problems with this and know how to fix it?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thank you for your question regarding Calendar invites not working.

 

There are a few things I always like to check, the CALH and MAGT logs. These can be found in the below default locations.

 

x86: C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs

 

x64: C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs

 

One other thing, are they showing up as just regular emails or not at all?

Unfortunately I am unable to supply the logs from the server due to strict company policies. I have had them send me an invite from their blacberry and have not received any sort of mail although on their blackberry it shows as sent.
