Re: BlackBerry Migration Kit

I am just a heavy forum poster that enjoys helping others, I don't work for RIM. The kit is only availble from T support.

There is another method if you have spare servers.

Re: BlackBerry Migration Kit

Set up BES express and move users to it with transporter.

Then setup real BES and move users to it with transporter.

BES express 5 is free but has limited IT policies.

Re: BlackBerry Migration Kit

Hi, We have a Blackberry Technical Support Services account but I'm not finding where I can obtain the migration kit.  Where can I download/apply for it?

Thanks in advance

Re: BlackBerry Migration Kit

you need to call them to get it. The tech department will transfer you to sales. They essntially give you a brand spankin new SRP and timebomb your old after 90 days, but this must be done through the phone (a few sheets of paperwork to sign and fax back)
