Blackberry Licensing



I have a question that i don't know if is a problem.


When i go to Bes Server 


Bes Server



i see that i have 2 licenses in use


when i go to account center i can't see my devices.

No, I have 2 two Devices one Z10 and one Q10, But none of them appear on RIM Site,

Same here.

BES10 runs since last year with perpetual lics.

License usage can be viewed on the BES Management Studio but on the account center of the RIM site there are no clients.

I only see the claims i made for my BES10.
