Blackberry Torch 9800 not syncing with Outlook

One of the Blackberry Torch 9800 I have at my workplace is experiencing a synchronization issue with Outlook 2010. When a message is deleted from the cell phone, the deleted message does not appear to be deleted in

the user's Outlook inbox (when viewing email from the computer).  It appears to be a synchronization error.   

The phone's current software is 6.0 Bundle 2647.  Outlook is run on Exchange 2010 and there is a Blackberry enterprise server. 

Any ideas on this issue?

Yes, the Desktop 6.0 doesn't reconcile emails in your outlook pst files....I found that out after I just recently had to upgrade to a 9810... not a happy guy..LOL

Are you kidding me?  Shouldn't the newer Blackberry O/S (i.e. 6.0+) work even better, without any sync' issues?  This makes me dislike Blackberry.

I hear you there. I really am curious about why such an important function was removed. It almost apppears like the needs of the business user have been lost for a different targetted market group.

reconcile was not removed. more like it was not enabled most times

 

 

This will explain a lot about reconcile and hard deletes

I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.

On Device also double check:

Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.

If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.
