Blackberry balance

My IT department is not familiar with bb 10, I am trying to use bb balance, but no one knows how to activate it, can anyone direct me to the information they would need to provid me the support I need to activate bb balance?

Hi.  I'm not a specialist as of yet with this but I do run one BES10 deployment with users' having Z10's. 


Activating BB Balance is not something you do, but it is something htey need to do by first instaslling the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 software on the server at work, configuring it, etc.  By the simple act of configuring a Work Account on your pone, BB Balance is implemented automatically (it's not an item you install, it's just the name for a feature that is enabled by joining the phone to a work account containing a BES10 deployment). 


If they are not at all familiar with BES10, as I am not and was essentially forced to deploy it without any time to get familiar with it, they will need to get time to test and work with it as well as have at least one actual Z10 phone to test iwth as well.
