good afternoon, I have a z10 currently working well in Spain, my problem is that I left the country and took two days connecting with my blackberry and my BES10 server, the problem that the operator tells me I'm consuming data not enter my plan data which worked well in Spain.
The BES10 requires a special rate that is used activesync email with BES????
With my previous BlackBerry 9300 traveling and did not have these problems.
The operator did not know that in Spain as in the Z10 is still not for sale.

Thank you for your question.
It is possible that you may have a "Require manual sync while roaming " policy which is commonly enabled for Activesync.

Under our cell phone plan we have unlimited blackberry email use when roaming abroad without charge.
is the nature of the Blackberry z connection (when using BES10) similar to the OS7 phones?
Or will normal roaming charges apply like is using iPhone for email access abroad.

You should ask your carrier as they are the ones billing you
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V

My carrier is not carrying Blackberry 10 yet. Also I am not sure they are the ones to ask, as it seems to me that the Blackberry 10 handsets are unable to use the blackberry infrastructure for messaging.
As the blackberry infrastructure is not being used the carriers probably will be unable to offer fixed roaming rates
