Camera unavailable in workspace only mode



I really hope this issue isn't by design, but as I understand it bes 10 handsets store the pictures taken with the personal workspace.


As our company have no need for a personal work space, blackberry blanace is not useful at all. As a result I have enabled workspace only on the users handsets.


Since doing this, I have noticed that the camera function is removed from the blackberry completly, even though within the it policy camera usage is enabled. 


Any insight into this issue or confrimation that my assuption is correct would be apprecaited.

You will still be able to use the camera in regulated mode.

There is a policy that controls camera use in regulated mode as its set to allow by default.


It's under the hardware section called 'Camera'. Make sure it's set to allow.


What version of device OS / BES 10 are you running ?

Have you rebooted your device?

Have you tried with a different device?
