Everytime i tried to activate an iPhone or Android, i got an error message from Mobile Fusion Client. For instance, on iPhone, it pops up a message saying "Your device cannot be activated at this time. Please try again later or contact your administrator."; while on Android, it just says "Activation error". I've tried on three different devices and all getting error.
The UDS, and communication module are installed on the same server, and mobile device is supposed to be activated on office wifi network. I'm not sure where the problem is, and i've followed everything on the documents setting up APN, certificate etc. The certificate is issued by our domain certificate authorities server, and it's also trusted on the iPhone as well.
Any help will be much appreciated!!
