Cannot Manage User

I'm using BES 10 60 Days Trial.

I've done successfully creating an user in BAS with an activation password and completed EA on z10 device,

but when I try to manage user in BAS, I've found a blank list and got this error message :

The application has encountered a system error. Please report this error to the System Administrator. (EXCEPTION-com.rim.bes.bas.usermanager.FindUsersInvalidParameterException)

Need help to solve this problem.

And thanks before for the advise.

Re: Cannot Manage User

Hi,

Do you get this error message right after you click on "Manage users" or after you query a search?

Re: Cannot Manage User

Hi backbone2k,

thanks for your response.

I've got that error message right after I click on "Manage users",

then when I query a search I've got that error too.

Re: Cannot Manage User

Did you check the BAS log right after the error comes up?

Can you manage administrative user accounts, or do you get the same error?

Have you tried to access the BAS with an alternative Browser?

Re: Cannot Manage User

I'm not found any error in BAS Log at the same time when I try to manage user.

Yes, I've got the same error when I try to manage administrative user accounts, and also same error when I try with an alternative Browser.

Re: Cannot Manage User

Are there any special characters in one of your usernames?

Maybe you should consider to uninstall BAS and then reinstall it. If this also does not help, i think there went something wrong in the database..

Re: Cannot Manage User

There is no special characters on my user names.

And a while ago I've try to re-install BlackBerry Device Service and still got the same error.

Thanks for your response and advices, I'll go check my database.

Re: Cannot Manage User

There was a similar error in BAS from BES5 when you switched to german language and tried to view pending jobs. But as i know, there is no alternative Language for the BDS BAS GUI at the moment, isn't ist?

Re: Cannot Manage User

Yes it isn't, I can't find the change language function on BDS BAS, which on BES BAS it was there at the log in screen.

Re: Cannot Manage User

I think My database is fine, when I try to 'export all results', it shows all users in My database.

I think the problem is in My browser settings, I'm using Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3.

My BlackBerry Management Studio is running fine, just the BDS BAS has an error when I try to manage user.

Is there anything necessary that I should configure or install to My computer ?
