Cannot connect to exchange server

We have a number of Z10 phones in my company and we worked perfectly with Exchange server. Our IT guys moved us to a new exchange server and we now cannot connect. All our ipads connect without a problem. What is different with the Z10? We keep getting g the same message that the server is not available or settings are incorrect.

Have you asked your BES or IT Admin?

Is this a BES10 server?

No we are just connecting via exchange active sync

And yes, I have been talking to them, they are also confused.
