Changing BES Server Service Accounts - DOMINO

How do I change the user the BES server service accounts use?  There are a few articles out there, but they all reference Exchange.  The one in the FAQ (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB02276) references a Send As permission in Task 2 that I don't even have.

I tried just changing everything to a local (and to test, a domain) admin account, but that didn't work.

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Domino doesn't really use a service account boss.
