I have a problem while registering a new User from AD as an administrative user to manage the BES. I always receive the error message
The specified account is already assigned.
I am 100% sure that this account was never assigned to a role before.
The environment is:
BES 5.0.2 on Win2008R2
BES 4.1.6 on Win2003R2
both connected to a remote SQL 2000 Cluster.
Everything seems to work fine, but assigning the new user is impossible.

The affected accounts are neither visible in

No Problem.... will keep on trying to get into it.
To be honest - I do not see a reason to work directly in the DB. RIM always tells me that accessing the DB is not supported and in addition their products are more and more nasty!
If customers have to pay such a lot of money, I wonder if it is to much to expect a running system out of the box.
