Here is our setup.
BES10 on a vmWare Windows Server R2 with 6GB Ram.
BES Database on vmWare Windows Server R2 with 4GB Ram and SQL 2012.
Exchange 2010 SP2
BES10, BES Database and Exchange are all on the same vmWare host with 10GB connection.
I used the recommended guide to setup the servers but used current login, BESAdmin.
We have around 100 devices on BES5 and they all work fine and there is only a few second delay on emails.
We have added two users on BES10 and we found our that there is around 15 minute delay on their emails and sometimes the blackberries have to be restarted to catch up.
Both users have also got iPhones that connected to exchange using ActiveSync and they work fine.
Any ideas what the problem might be with the setup?

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
To better assis t you I have some questions:
1. Is there a single CAS node or Array in the environment?
2. Is it load balanced?
3. Is there a delay between the CAS Node or Array and the BlackBerry Device Service or BDS?
4. Is the delay occurring with all mail for the BDS users?
It may be beneficial to open a case with your support point of contact, to review the environment topology and logs for possible cause and recommendation.
