Cant seem to be able to a) find the apps to import into BDS and b) link any apps from app world..
Is there a simple guide for this?
The guide that i used for adding apps is in the BDS administration guide which you can find here: http://docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/subcategories/
I used this to make available a RDP appliction from appworld to my z10. It wont install them from what i gather but make them available. This affects the Work space. The personal space is open and people can do what they want.
Either way i think the information you want is in the guide... page 98 "Managing App availabilty on devices"

On page 101 read the part about "add a public app". Thats what i used for:
1. In the BlackBerry Administration Service, on the BlackBerry solution management menu, expand Software >
2. Click Add BlackBerry World applications.
3. In the BlackBerry World URL field, specify the URL of the application from BlackBerry World.
4. Click Next.
5. If desired, click the view icon and specify keywords in the Application keywords field.
6. Click Publish application.
I added that link for the entry BlackBerry World URL in step 3.

that one worked!!! cheers.
what about bloomberg or maps???
Although like the other poster said this is a port and not a well working app from what the reviews suggested. Just search the App World for what you want as far as public apps go. Google Maps does not currently exist as an app from what i know.

found the link http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/67
but cant add it into bb worl in bds or download it to install the app.
Android ports can't be pushed through BDS. They run in the persoanl perimeter only.
