Device connection not possible (SRP Connection failed. ID 20460I

Hello, we have two registred devices to BES 10. They connected / syncs without any problems for some months. But now we have the problem that the synchronisation doesn't work. Two messages appears in the eventlog: EventID: 20000 Source: BlackBerry Dispatcher [SRP:T28640455] Connection failed EventID: 20000 BlackBerry Dispatcher [SRP] Connection failed. Original EventId=20460 What I do: - Upgraded from 10.1.0 to 10.2.0 - Installed 10.2. MR1 But the error still remain. What can I do? Details: BES Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 with all Updates, BES 10.2.1.6 Exchange Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 with all Updates, Exchange 2010 with all updates

This is only for outgoing, right? The server / network has no restrictions for outgoing traffic

maybe you need to flush your DNS cache, i have seen some keep DNS entries too long before

I flushed the dns server cache (Exchange 2010) and the dns clients cache of the Exchange 2010 and the BB server. Not better... :-(
