Re: Emails remain on BB after deleting from Outlook

Are users running in cached mode?

Can you test in OWA?

Re: Emails remain on BB after deleting from Outlook

I forgot to mention that, I know one user at least (it is myself) is NOT running cached mode. OWA produces the same results- messages are not deleted/marked as read on the BB Device.

Re: Emails remain on BB after deleting from Outlook

I am having a new problem this morning. Out of no where (no changes over the weekend) my handset is receiving emails but deleting them off the BB on the next reconciliation cycle - either automatically or when I force reconciliation). I have asked other users and they are not having this problem so it is related only to my handset.

It doesnt seem to be memory related, I have over 36MB free in Options/Status and when using Task Switcher I only show the 5 default applications open.

Any ideas on this one?

Re: Emails remain on BB after deleting from Outlook

I just wanted to update that I have corrected my 2nd situation by wiping the handheld and all 3rd party applications.

I submitted my free support case online on the original issue yesterday morning and am still waiting to hear back. I sure hope that when I get a paid support contract that they are quicker to respond, it has been 24 hours. I will update this post when I get resolution.
