We are having very similar issue. We have our BES5 working with our Lync environment however, no such luck with BCS10.1. Wondering if anybody had come across the following error while setting up BCS10.1 with Lync 2010.

The service is running and have pushed out the client to the device however, when attempting to sign in, it tells me server is unavailable.
I can't seem to find any documentation around this, any help would be much appriciated,

It's basically the same issue I'm seeing. I have a support ticket open and I am working with them to resolve it.
Do you have a support contract with Blackberry? If so, please open a ticket on this.
