Could you kindly tell us what version of the OS you have running on your Z10?
We are trying to deploy to Q10 devices - OS 10.1.0.2309; For some odd reason it goes as far as reaching the 'BB App world - work' but during the installation on the device, it fails with "an error occured" . We've tried publishing the App as 'required' and as 'optional' but same result.
Also, not entirely sure if there is a new version of the IM client out? We're using 220.127.116.116

Also, It's mentioned in the KB (posted above) that due to the lack of the shared application directory & sub directories called Certificate > ENTERPRISE, the certificate required to establish HTTPS communication between the BlackBerry Enterprise IM client and the BlackBerry Collaboration Service is
Question is does this ENTERPRISE directory need to be pre populated?

Thanks. I also have this working now. My issue with installing application on device was due to download failing while connected to the mobile network. Installs fine when connected via WiFi only.
