I have an employee with a BB 9930 who does not seem to have calendar items syncing from several months ago.
In the calendar settings, I have it set to keep everything and not remove after a period of time.
I tried reconnecting the phone using Enterprise Activation but that didn't seem to add anything.
Recurring appointments going back that far exist, but standalone ones do not. This user can see all of these items in Outlook. I do not believe she has multiple calendars.
Is there anything I should look at?

most likely the low memory cleaner kicked in and removed the older entries
Activation only get you 30 days....

Please make sure wireless sync is enabled for calendar sync on the device. You can check it as below: open Calendar then go to Options>Select Desktop and here make sure Wireless sync is checked off.
