General questions regarding 10.2 upgrade

Hello,

Our IT director and I are thinking of upgrading our BES 10.1 server to 10.2.  I read over the upgrade guide, and I wanted to double check something.  It is my understanding from what I read to upgrade from 10.1 to 10.2 will not require us to re activate all devices on the BES.  Is this correct?  Thanks in advance!
