Hi, and Happy New Year!
I'm struggling with a problem with all of the handsets attached to my BES server.
I have an IT policy that forces handsets to use the BES server as a proxy. The proxy is working fine directly from the server, and most of the time, its working fine from the handsets as well.
Sometimes though, a handset will simply stop connecting to the internet. A page which is whitelisted, just isn't accessible. When you reset the handset, it works fine, but as soon as i add it to the IT policy, gone again. "Server communication failure"
Does anyone have any ideas, or atleast, how i can narrow down my troubleshooting!

change the it policy on the device to default , just in case it's not an ITpolicy thing
