How to hide meeting acceptance on handheld

[ Edited ]

We have a user who wants to stop seeing meeting acceptances on her blackberry device. I have turned on hide filed and sent emails which has no effect on this.

We run BES 5.0.3 with Domino 8.5.1 on a Blackberry Bold 9780 with the latest firmware. The only other thing i could think is to turn off notifications on when the user sends out the meeting invite

Just wondering if anyone has seen this issue, it doesnt affect all users just a couple of them, next option is to wipe the bb and reactivate

Re: How to hide meeting acceptance on handheld

I am coming from the Exchange world, so I don't know if that would work with Lotus.

Try to set an E-Mail filter on the handheld that checks if the subject starts with "Accepted:" or "Declined:". That should get rid of any meeting responses on the device.
