IT policy status - Processing



I have a strange issue.  The default IT policy on BES 10 was changed and then sent out to all devices (Not by me).  2 seconds after the policy was sent, the devices stopped communicating with the BES server.  They now are not able to send or recieve mail. Devices are a mix of Q5 and Q10.


The IT policy ststus is still processing.


  1. Has anyone had an issue where IT policy is stuck in a processing state.
  2. Where can I find the IT policy Logs in BES 10.
  3. Is there a spcific policy that would create this behavior.
