License Expiration after License Tradeup

Hello,

 

I just checked our BlackBerry Management Studio and as we have worked hard the last months of 2013 to get some BES 10 devices activated, in order to make the licenses I traded from BES 5 to BES 10 perpetual. It seems however that there is nothing changed. The expiration date is still 03/31/2014.

Can someone please confirm that these licenses will become perpetual before 03/31/2014??

Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone. As I do not have any support plans with RIM, I can't create a suppot incident... Please let me know what they say. Smiley Happy

You have until 31/03 to activate devices, and then the number of activated devices will be turned into perpetual licenses.
