I've placed my license trade-up order 3 weeks ago but have yet to receive the completed order. I've opened a ticket with our BES support, contacted BB order support, sent emails and left voice messages but have not received a response. Is there a backlog of license trade-up orders that are delaying the process?
I'm rockin the BlackBerry PRIV, Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook,BT Headset HS-700
