I have updated our BDS from BDS 6.2 to BES10.1 and then 10.1.1.
Afterwards I instelled the Collaboration Service (BBIM) for the Lync connectivity.
I followed the Installation Guide for the Collaboaration service with the necessary components (Vcredis_x64, ocscore etc.)and could successfully install the Collaboration service.
But the Service stopps a couple of seconds after the starting of the service.
Before installing of the Collaboration Service I followed this article to request the correct certificate:
This is logged in the BB-IM: Log
BlackBerry OCSConnector configuration complete with error=4, Error: No certificates were found matching the required criteria
Has anybody an Idea what could cause this issue? Are there any action necessary on Lync side?
With my BES5 Lync (same Lync pool/server) is working without any problems.
Thanks and regards,

Got it running:
During the certificate request described here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB24960
I'had overseen the step:
"c. Again, under the Alternative Name Section, leave the Type specified as DNS, and change the Value to the Fully Qualified Domain Name of the server hosting the BlackBerry Collaboration Service."
in the section:
For Microsoft Lync Server 2010/2013:
This solved the error:No certificates were found matching the required criteria
But the Collaboration service stopped again but with an different error: There was an issue getting the trusted Service
I could solve this issue by following this KB: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB28474
I used the steps...starting with: In all cases, these steps will need to be run first:
Then Method 1:
Use the BCSProvisioner or ApplicationProvisioner to create the Trusted Service entry.
Until step f.
Start the BlackBerry Collaboration Service.
The Collaboration service is running and Lync is working on Z10 even with the version the package coming from the Appworld
