Is it possible to merge duplicate contacts with different contents to user's Blackberrys?
I have a public folder containing the contact list of our staff that is always updated. This is pushed via BES to our staff's Blackberrys.
My company's CEO has the same staff contacts in her personal Outlook contacts, but unlike the PF contacts, these contain the home numbers.
Maintaining everyone's personal contacts would be a nightmare, and if I push the PF contacts to the CEO she will have duplicates, some with home numbers, some without.
I thought about the fact that BES is doing a one way push based on permissions to the public folder, but then if she removes her staff contacts in Outlook, and only entered the home numbers on the BB, but she will want them in Outlook as well.
Any way to merge the duplicates, or is there something I am missing?

I had similar issue here, BES fired off lots of errors on duplicate contacts.
Use a category in public folders if possible so end users can sort them and have the CEO add a H or some character to beginning of all personal conatacts so he will know they are the ones with home phone number.
