Messaging Account issue since

Hello everyone,


We have a strange issue here. Server: BES10.1. Since the update to the device software (switzerland) we are still able to activate devices, but no chance to set the messaging account password. When i try to set the messaging account password, i get the error message: Your device is not connected to a network. Connect to a network and try again


same scenario, but an older device software version, for example, no problem. The device is able to set the password and to synchronize exchange data.


Has anyone successfully activated a Z10 with 


Additional Information: I am also not able to use blackberry world - work --> To continue, connect to a Wi-Fi or a mobile network in Settings. 

And i cant use the browser in work perimeter.


Everything else works great. BBM, Browsing (private), whatsapp,...


PPS: If i activate a device before updating to, everything works fine after the update.
