We currently have 4 Blackberry users in our offce (2 9650's and 2 9930's) and would like to move everyone to a Blackberry 10 device. We are running BES Express version 18.104.22.168 and have our Public Contacts folder syncing to our BB devices. Having public contacts pushed to the phones is very important to our company. Will BES 10 push public contacts to BB10 devices?
What else will we need to do in order to migrate to BB 10? I know that our BB OS7 devices will still need BESX 5 to function. Once all of our users have BB10 devices, will we still need BESX 5 or will we only need BES 10? Will we need to update oue BESX to the latest version? Is that a simple installation?

Exchange active sync can not access publlic folders.
codetwo folder sync works very well for our EAS users to sync items.
BES 10 is pretty easy to set up and does not need BES 5
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.

So if I go out and spend $800 for 4 new phones, then another $400 for BES10 licenses, pay my IT company to install and setup the software, probably another $1,000, I will have less functionality than I currently do with the free version of BESX that I am running.
Would this assumption be correct?
