We have just ported over from the Vodafone network to the EE network at my place of work, and a coulple of issues have arisen.
On the old Vodafone network, they used to have some sort of parental control in place that blocks all the "naughty" sites such as gambling and pornography.
What we have found out with EE, is that they too have a form of parental control in place, but it only blocks users from visiting pornography sites, and allows users to freely visit gambling websites. After speaking with the customer support team, they have said that this is not something they do from their side, but something we can put in place using an IT policy on our BES server.
I have scoured the options in BES server to try and find an option for any form of web blocking, but my search has returned nothing.
Does anyone know of a way to create an IT policy where users would be blocked from accessing a certain list of websites?
We are running BES 10.2.0.33 with multiple Z10 and Q10 devices, all with varied software release versions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
