New Users in AD not showing up in Blackberry Administrator Service

Hello.

    Wondering if anyone has seen this.  We have a newly installed BES and so far everything is fine......except that I created 3 users in AD this morning and 1 1/2 hours later still the users are still not showing in BAS when I go to create a new users.  Any help would be appreciated!
