No login Screen - Tries forever to connect

I installed and had BES 5.0 running two months ago.  At that time I could log in make changes, and everything seemed to work well.

 

Now I try logging into the administration service and it sits forever in a Connecting state.  - no error.  

 

Any thoughts?

try restarting BAS service?

 

did you upgrade Java?

 

Look in the BES logs?

 

default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

try restarting BAS service? Yes

 

did you upgrade Java?  Just now 

 

Look in the BES logs?  Not seeing the logs in that directory location. 

 

default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

i didnt say to upgrade java

 

Follow this Kb to help you now since you did

The paths correctly report ...\jre1.6.0_15\

The KB doc reports jre1.5.<X_XX>

 

Is it supposed to be 1.5?
