I'm trying this as every other avenue has failed. Our business currently uses BES Express but we want to move to the new BES 10 now that devices are finally available in NZ. Our provider Vodafone NZ are giving us an absolute runaround and can't give us a straight answer.
The last email I had from them was I can't purchase a new BES 10 user CAL from them try doing it online direct with Blackberry. I then tried doing this but can only purchase a new BES 10 CAL if I live in the US or Canada. I can't upgrade from BES Express and I've already purchased the new devices. We don't want ActiveSync we want BES 10.
We have also tried to contact Blackberry but they tell us to refer back to our carrier Vodafone!!!
Is there anyone that can help sort out this very frustrating problem??? Vodafone NZ are absolutely useless and we are not getting much joy out of Blackberry ANZ either???
