Here is my situation. I have 3 employees coming into a client that have phones that were activated in BES 4.1 at another client. We have BESex 5.0, is there an easy way to remove the data from the old BES activation WITHOUT wiping the handheld? Is there a few servicebooks I can delete or something? They have no problem backing up the phone, but I know it doesn't backup up a lot of the the customizations of the phone.

Back up device, remove all DESKTOP service books and try to activate.
If that dont work, you will have to wipe it.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
