We have several users that use the password keeper and were on BES 5. A couple of them have migrated to a BES 10 device. I can understand that the password keeper data will not synchronize because we are running on new infrastructure and the data is not there, we have to backup and restore the data. But I have tested installing password keeper (phones are being activated as workspace only) and adding a few test entries. I wiped my phone and only set a new activation password on the server, then re-activated my phone. But now the data does not sync back to password keeper like it did in the BES 5 days. Am I missing something or is this feature no longer around? Has anyone else ran into this?
