Re: Removal of app from multiple Blackberries

I did.  They told me to use the solution I highlighted earlier.  Right now I'm just venting at a lack of functionality in a piece of software that is supposed to be ad Admin's dream re Blackberry handhelds.

Phil, these mechanisms are in place for security not for inconvenience to our customers.

Please contact support using the normal channels if you require assistance.

I think everyone can agree that it is frustrating that RIM user level applications are effectively treated the same as the core OS, when it comes to disposition / removal.  Alright, well at least Phil and I can.

If you've found a solution through a post; please mark it as a solution.

Re: Removal of app from multiple Blackberries

Will do.  At the time the version I had wasn't available so the tech suggested upgrading everyone to a version that is available, then denying the same software so it's removed.

Will send a PM now.
