I have several users wanting to receive read receipts when they send messages from their Blackberries. I figured this would be a policy option but I'm not finding it anywhere. Is there a way to turn it on? If so is it only a global option or can I create groups? Most of my users don't want or need the extra emails but for some it pretty much required business practice.
