Re: Secure Connect Service and Router

Wow, they have got to be kidding. Where is that in the documentation exactly? We upgraded on the BDS side, abandoning the perfectly working UDS 10.0 with its now depricated comm module for a half baked solution for secure connect? How did they leave out support for the router?

Re: Secure Connect Service and Router

Yeah, its not great is it.

The only upside I can see is that the traffic is outbound only, to the bbsecure.com domain, in our case gb.bbsecure.com which only resolves to 1 IP address (Who needs resiliency, right?).

It's half assed and needs to be fixed.

Re: Secure Connect Service and Router

I see this isn't changed now with 10.1.1 either.  When BlackBerry "sold" us on going BES 10 for iOS and Android, they said all traffic will go through router. I guess I didn't think to ask specifically about the DMZ relay.  Lesson learned.
