I upgrade my Ipad for IOS 7 and my work Space stop to working
When I click in "WorkConnect" I received the following message
"This application requires a secure workspace in order to run.
Please contact your IT admin for the provisioning of your secure workspace"
My Server BES is with version( 10.1.3) and my Ipad is Bes10 Client (version 10.2.1.76)

You have to wait until the iOS SWS App "Work Connect for BES10" get an update in the next days.

Well, generally work connect install automatic when I put SRPID in Client BES10, now I will need install in separate the "WorkConnect?

no problem - check the Updated Date on https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/work-connect-for-b
